Information we may process
Account details such as name, email address, language preference, authentication data, consent records and access status may be processed when a user registers or uses member features.
Communications
Promotional email is optional. Users who do not select marketing consent are not enrolled for promotional communications through the registration flow.
Security and service providers
The platform uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database services and email delivery. Access to administrative data is restricted through authenticated roles and database security policies.
